First of all, throw out the potatoes in the frozen dish...when you defrost it, they soak up the raw pork juice. Yuk! I suggest cooking the potatoes and freezing them separately. The pork was alright...I didn't care for the Thyme. I think if we removed or replaced that, we could have a good dish. [Report message to a moderator]
