Cook angel hair pasta and rinse with cold water. Drain and coat in olive oil. Set aside. Cover
bottom of pot with olive oil and heat on low heat. Add onions, garlic and peppers. Saute for
30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato paste and seasonings. Saute for 20 minutes.
Stir often. Add tomato sauce and chicken broth and simmer for 20 minutes or until thick as
desired.
To Freeze: Freeze in a freezer safe container.
To Reheat: Reheat in a covered pot until heated or in microwave. Serve over pasta with Romano cheese.
