We LOVED this. Our pita bread was a little dry from the fridge so I put it in a casserole dish with some water at the bottom. I suspended the bread above the water with a small oven proof plate so that they would be warmed and steamed. It totally did the trick. The Tzatziki sauce was awesome! Next time I think I add some grilled onions to the pita too. Nummy!
