Pork Kababs, Marinaded

Pork Kabobs
½ C Veg Oil
¼ C Onion, chopped
3 Tbl Lemon Juice
1 Tbl Parsley, minced
1 Garlic Clove, minced
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Marjoram (dried)
1/8 tsp Pepper
2 Lb Pork cut into 1 inch cubes
Put cut pork into a sealable bag. Mix marinade and pour over pork. Close bag and allow to marinade over night.
Thread pork onto skewers.
Grill until done.
Yield: 6-8 servings
