So you guys know I'm not a huge fan of anything fettuccine, but this was tolerable. I didn't think it was very flavorful though. Adding some celery salt seemed to perk it up a little. Liem and Cohen really liked it. I think Hayley agreed with me. I did add a lid while cooking the chicken, thinking I needed to reserve the juices in the pan to mix with the cream cheese...I'm wondering now, if I'd let a little boil off, it might have been a bit more flavorful as the consistency of the sauce was a bit on the runny side.
