Place chicken & taco seasoning in a bag. Shake to coat. Brown chicken in cooking spray or chicken broth. Combine salsa & preserves.
Stir into the skillet w/ the chicken & cook until chicken is about half cooked.
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container.
To Reheat: Defrost. Cook until chicken is done and sauce is reduced by about half
or until sauce reaches the consistency you like.
