Molly's Chicken

3 1/2 pounds chicken drumsticks, skin removed
Flour
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Dredge drumsticks in flour. Place drumsticks in a slow cooker. In a medium bowl, stir together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and tomato sauce. Pour sauce over chicken.
Cover, and cook on Low heat 8 hours.
To Freeze: Freeze in freezer safe container
To Reheat: Defrost. Reheat in crock pot, stove top or microwave.

We liked it! Needs low sodium soy sauce next time and maybe a bit more sugar to sweeten it up just a little bit more and offset that salt.
Don't stir it too much on the reheat. You want the drumsticks to stay in tact. If the meat starts shredding into the sauce, its too salty and overpowering (flavor wise) to really enjoy. We're going to eat the part that did shred over rice. That should help!
